1. Agreement
By accessing or using HAGGIOS ("the Service"), operated by Politma Media ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use HAGGIOS. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter this agreement.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Content
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant HAGGIOS a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service.
You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, defamatory, or contrary to the historic Christian faith and values upon which this platform is built.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
Paid plans, course purchases, and donations are processed via Stripe. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See our Refund & Giving Policy for details.
6. Creator Payouts
Creators receive payouts net of platform and processing fees as disclosed in their dashboard. Politma Media may withhold payouts where fraud, abuse, or chargebacks are suspected.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your profile settings.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Politma Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Politma Media is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
