Refund & Giving Policy

Subscriptions
Paid HAGGIOS subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your profile; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period. If you were charged in error or experienced a service outage, contact support@haggios.com within 14 days for a prorated refund review.
Course Purchases
Courses and digital goods are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not consumed more than 25% of the course content. Refund requests after that window are at the discretion of the creator and Politma Media.
Donations & Tithes
Donations made to creators, churches, or ministries through HAGGIOS are generally non-refundable, as funds are typically transferred to the recipient promptly. If you donated by mistake (e.g. duplicate or wrong amount), email giving@haggios.com within 7 days and we will work with the recipient to resolve it.
HAGGIOS is a technology platform, not a registered charity. Donations through HAGGIOS are not automatically tax-deductible unless the receiving organization is a recognized non-profit and provides its own receipt.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we can almost always resolve issues directly and faster. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
Processing Fees
Stripe processing fees on refunded transactions may not be recoverable and could be deducted from the refunded amount where permitted by law.
