- Content: videos, podcasts, courses, comments, prayer requests you submit.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Usage data: pages viewed, watch time, device type, IP address.
2. How we use it
To operate the Service, personalize your experience, process payments and donations, send essential and (if opted in) marketing communications, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We share data with vetted processors only — Stripe (payments), Supabase (hosting/database), email providers, and analytics. We do not sell your personal data. Ever.
4. Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time by contacting privacy@haggios.com. EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR; California residents under CCPA.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and minimal analytics cookies to improve the Service. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser.
6. Children
HAGGIOS is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them.
7. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption at rest, role-based access control, and row-level security on our database. No system is 100% secure; report concerns to security@haggios.com.
8. Retention
We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal and accounting obligations.
